In today's world, almost every job-site claims to be the best site in their domain. But almost all list the same jobs that are listed in most of the other sites. This results in overwhelming number of applications and less chances of getting job.
One day, I came across the following sites: www.hound.com and www.EmploymentCrossing.com. I was surprised to find that the jobs posted here are not posted on any other job-sites and also these jobs are directly yfrom the employer's internal job-sites. This means that the number of application for these posts are way too less which means less competition which inturn means more chances of getting job.
Hence from my personal experience, I conclude that www.hound.com and www.EmploymentCrossing.com are the best job-sites any job-seeker can aspire for.
